When safety culture meets ESG values, it creates a workplace that protects people and drives long-term sustainability. FOCUS’s 2025 Safety Week demonstrated this commitment through a series of impactful activities across the organization.
Throughout the week, a wide range of engaging and practical initiatives were carried out to strengthen safety awareness and embed responsibility into everyday work. Employees signed the Safety Pledge Wall, making a public commitment to personal and collective safety. Creative participation flourished through a Cartoon Exhibition, where colleagues illustrated key safety messages in visual form to enhance learning and awareness. Meanwhile, practical training sessions—including Fire & Evacuation Drills, Forklift Precision Operations, Safety Leadership Training, and the Supplier Safety Management Forum—equipped teams with both theoretical knowledge and operational skills.
To recognize outstanding contributions, FOCUS continued its Safety Star Recognition program, honoring individuals and teams who demonstrated excellence across five key safety dimensions. Their dedication exemplifies the proactive culture we strive to build across the organization.
“Every day is a Safety Day; every employee is a guardian,” said Sophy Li, Associate Director of Operations. “We will continue to embed safety into daily operations and contribute to ESG progress—protecting our people, our partners, and our planet.”
Though the 2025 Safety Week has concluded, our commitment remains ongoing. Safety will continue to be a cornerstone of sustainable development at FOCUS.
