The week-long campaign emphasized our commitment to employee well-being and sustainable business practices. It demonstrated how safety isn’t a standalone initiative, but a foundational element of ESG implementation.

Employees signed our Safety Pledge Wall, publicly reinforcing personal responsibility. This symbolic action set the tone for deeper engagement throughout the week.

Creative Engagement in Action

We brought safety protocols to life through a Cartoon Exhibition, where colleagues transformed critical guidelines into intuitive and engaging visual stories. This creative approach made risk awareness more relatable and memorable.

Hands-on training remained a core component. From Fire & Evacuation Drills to Forklift Precision Operations, practical exercises ensured that safety knowledge was deeply embedded in everyday operations.

Recognizing Safety Champions

Our Safety Star Recognition program honored employees who demonstrated outstanding contributions across five dimensions:

1. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) observations

2. Near-miss reporting

3. Hazard identification

4. Safety improvement initiatives

5. Emergency drill participation & safety advocacy
