Since joining in 2013, I've grown alongside the company—from one factory to operations across headquarters, Poland, and Malaysia, and from a frontline operator to production management, a path filled with both challenges and breakthroughs


I remember when productingEuropean cartons kept failing because the cartons were heavier and taller than the machines were set for. Instead of replacing equipment, we examined every detail—suction cups materials, stacking settings, positioning. After two days of testing and adjustments, the line ran smoothly, saving cost and boosting efficiency. That lesson stayed with me: real breakthroughs come from facing problems head‑on.


Here, training, rotation, and open dialogue help us grow—while small gestures of care bring warmth to demanding work. A decade in, I see that every steady production operation speaks to our team's professionalism and commitment. I'll keep pushing forward on the front line, aiming higher every day.

    Supply Chain Specialist
    Responsibilities 1. Monitor the cost structure of supply chain links, and reduce supply chain operating costs and improve efficiency through data analysis and process optimization. 2. Align with the company’s global production capacity layout, support supply chain collaboration for overseas bases, and handle cross-border logistics, customs compliance and cross-border order coordination matters. 3. Be responsible for the statistics, analysis and report compilation of supply chain data, monitor core KPIs such as inventory, cost and delivery, propose and implement supply chain optimization solutions to provide decision support. 4.
