FOCUS has recently joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. This milestone underscores our ongoing commitment to sustainable development and international collaboration.

As a UNGC member, FOCUS fully supports and upholds the Compact’s Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. Our participation reflects strong alignment with global ESG goals and marks a major step forward in our ESG strategy.

The UNGC is an initiative under the United Nations Secretariat, with over 24,000 participating businesses and institutions across nearly 170 countries. FOCUS will deepen cooperation with global sustainability leaders to jointly address environmental and development challenges.

▶ Efficiency upgrades — including vacuum valve and fan system optimization — havereduced unit energy consumption at our headquarters by ~5% since early2025.

▶ Our China plants have earned LEED Gold certifications, setting industry benchmarks in low-carbon design and smart energy management.

▶ With a mature safety system in place, FOCUS has recorded zero lost-time injuries since 2025 — a result of strong leadership and activeemployee engagement.
