On November 10, 2025, FOCUS Hotmelt officially inaugurated its new manufacturing centre in Selangor, Malaysia — a key milestone in its global expansion strategy to enhance operational resilience, logistics efficiency, and cost competitiveness.

Strategically situated in the Pulau Indah Industrial Park near the Strait of Malacca — one of the world’s busiest shipping lanes — the new plant benefits from ASEAN trade advantages and exceptional logistics accessibility.

It will serve as FOCUS’s regional hub, bridging the Asia-Pacific with North America, the Middle East, and Mexico, strengthening global customer service capabilities.

With the launch of its Malaysia plant (60,000 tons/year), FOCUS has completed a global production triangle anchored by China (190,000 tons) as the innovation and manufacturing core, and Poland (60,000 tons) and Malaysia as regional anchors.

This configuration enhances flexibility, reduces lead time, and secures stable supply for key customers, ensuring greater resilience amid dynamic global trade conditions.
