Employees across FOCUS's manufacturing sites in China, Poland and Malaysia recently took part in Global Safety Week 2026, reinforcing the company's commitment to creating a workplace where safety is part of every decision, every action and every day.

Throughout the week, each manufacturing site organized activities tailored to its local operations, while sharing one common goal—to strengthen safety awareness through participation, practical learning and continuous improvement.

From immersive VR experiences and emergency response drills to first-aid training, chemical spill exercises and interactive safety challenges, employees engaged in a wide variety of activities that encouraged them to put safety into practice. The program also included Safety Star recognition and an internal interview series featuring employees' own safety experiences, further reinforcing a culture of shared learning.

Although the activities varied from site to site, the message remained the same: Safety is everyone's responsibility.

At FOCUS, Safety Week is more than an annual event. It reflects our ongoing commitment to building a safer workplace, supporting one another, and making safety part of the way we work—every day.
