Improving Our Own Operations

In 2025, FOCUS continued to improve energy efficiency across its operations through ongoing energy-saving initiatives.

These efforts delivered measurable progress: Scope 2 emission intensity decreased by more than 50% compared with 2024.

For FOCUS, reducing emissions is not a one-time target, but part of continuous improvement across our operations.

Extending Decarbonization Across the Supply Chain

But our efforts do not stop at our own operations.

As part of our decarbonization strategy, we have been working more closely with key raw material suppliers to extend carbon reduction efforts upstream.

This collaboration contributed to an 8% year-on-year reduction in Scope 3 emission intensity, showing that supply chain collaboration is beginning to translate into measurable progress.

Making Progress Measurable

Our 2024 and 2025 GHG inventory data have both been independently verified. The 2025 inventory was prepared in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018 and independently verified by CTI in accordance with ISO 14064-3:2019 at a reasonable level of assurance.

From improving our own operations to working with partners across the value chain, FOCUS will continue to take practical steps toward lower-carbon growth.
